Welcome to Ashley Cove Owners Association!

Located in Denver, North Carolina, on the shores of Lake Norman, this community is comprised of 52 properties: 23 waterfront and 29 off water. Each of the 29 off water properties includes a deeded boat slip at the gated Community Marina, located at 4838 Burton Lane.

Ashley Cove subdivision was developed by Crescent Resources in 1996. With the beginning point of the neighborhood at the corner of Burton Lane and Webbs Chapel Church Rd, exterior boundaries of the neighborhood include the right side of Burton Lane and the left side of Webbs Chapel Church Road. Interior streets include Long Cove Drive, Mariner Lane, and part of Ashley Lane.

Little Creek Access, at the end of Burton Lane, provides a free boat launch and parking area to the public. Duke Energy created and maintains the property, as part of its agreement with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission licensing for Lake Norman.

Important information:

Deeded boat slips at the Community Marina may only be rented to other property owners within the Ashley Cove Owners Association.

Vacation rentals are not allowed in Ashley Cove.

Trailer storage lot has limited space and is available on a first come, first served basis, only to property owners within the Ashley Cove Owners Association.
