Good news! For those of you who may be interested in paying your Annual Assessments with a credit card or via ACH, we now have a solution for you! Simply log into your account via the portal and select your choice of payment. Please understand, there are fees associated with credit card and ACH payments. That information will be provided, before you hit the pay button.

Reminder: Annual assessments (Main Association and Boat Slip Association) are due by January 31st each year. Failure to receive an invoice does not exclude you from the responsibility to pay the assessments on time. If you do not receive an invoice via email, or cannot find your invoice information via the portal, please contact the Association using the Contact Us page on the website, or send an email to acoa@easyhoa.email.
